Login problem

Hello, i have download the game, i open right but i have problem in login. I use my name-password but i stack there. I click login but loading for "years" and i cant choose server. please help me

Hello, do I understand correctly that you have a connection but does not reach the window with servers?

Or does the server window start, only the connection to the selected server hangs?

The first one. I use username-password and when i click to login say " You enter the game" and stuck there. before the window with servers.
