Problem with enter game

i m trying to login, then it stuck at "enter game" what i must do?i play from greece.

Hello! Did you start you game with the administrator rights? Also try to add game folder to the windows brandmauer exceptions and turn anti-virus software off just to make sure that nothing blocking connection.

Yes i did it all right, i download again the game and patch etc, and i have same problem
